These terms are the agreement between you and Alfoni Consulting (org. no. 921 357 621), Tingvegen 24B, 7046 Trondheim, Norway ("we") for using ttmi. By signing in you accept them. Write to christianalfoni@gmail.com with any question.

The service

ttmi lets an agent draw sketches you open at a link, play, rearrange, comment on and share. It is new and it will change: we add, change and sometimes remove features. We provide it as it is, without promising it is always available or free of errors.

Your account

• An account is for one person. Keep your sign-in safe.
• You are responsible for what is done with your account, including by the agents you connect and by your organization's API keys.

Your content

• What you and your agent make stays yours.
• You let us store it, process it and show it to the people you share it with, only to run ttmi for you.
• A public link is your choice: anyone who has it can see the sketch.
• Do not put in what you have no right to share.

Fair use

Do not use ttmi for anything unlawful, to harm others, to get at sketches that are not yours or shared with you, to upload malicious code, or to load it beyond the daily limits by working around them. We may limit or suspend an account that does, and tell you why.

Plans

Free is for anyone, with the limits shown on the site. Team is agreed with us directly: what it includes and costs is what we agree in writing, and that agreement comes first where it differs from these terms.

Ending

You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account. We may end an account that breaks these terms. If we ever close ttmi, we will tell you at least 30 days before, so you can take your sketches with you.

Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for lost data, profits or business, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have by law as a consumer.

Law

These terms are governed by Norwegian law, and disputes go to Trøndelag tingrett (Trondheim District Court). If you use ttmi as a consumer, you keep the protection and the right to go to court that the law where you live gives you.

Changes

When these terms change we update the date above, and for a change that matters we tell you by email before it applies. Using ttmi after that means you accept the new terms.
