ttmi draws what your agent explains. This page says what we keep to do that, who sees it, and what you can do about it. ttmi is run by Alfoni Consulting (org. no. 921 357 621), Tingvegen 24B, 7046 Trondheim, Norway ("we"). Write to christianalfoni@gmail.com with any question.
What we keep
- Your account: your email address and name, and the organizations you are in with your role. Sign-in itself is handled by WorkOS, by a link sent to your email or through Google or GitHub; we never see a password. Signing in with Google or GitHub shares your name and email address with us, and nothing else.
- What you and your agent make: sketches (their text and your layout), comments and the agent's replies, and the guide you set up (domains, conventions, terms, pronunciations) and your board settings.
- Agent connections: the name your agent's app gives itself, when it last called ttmi, and which version of the tools it holds, so the site can tell you that connecting worked.
- Usage counts: how many sketches you saved and pictures you exported today, for the daily limits. Each count is deleted after two days.
- API keys: only a fingerprint of the key and its last four characters. The key itself is shown once and never stored.
What we do not do
- No ads, no analytics, no tracking cookies, and we do not sell or rent your data.
- The voice runs in your browser: the words are spoken on your device and never sent to us. The voice model is downloaded once from Hugging Face, which sees your IP address as with any download.
- A PNG export is drawn on our servers and handed back; nothing of it is stored.
Who sees your sketches
- A sketch is private to you until you share it.
- Shared with an organization, its members open it from the link and comment.
- Made public, anyone with the link can look at it and play it, signed in or not. They cannot comment or change it.
- Your agent sees what ttmi's tools return to it. What you send your agent is covered by its provider's own policy.
Who helps us run ttmi
- Google Cloud and Firebase host the site, the database and the server, in the United States.
- WorkOS handles sign-in, including single sign-on, in the United States.
- Google and GitHub, only if you choose to sign in with them.
- Hugging Face serves the voice model your browser downloads.
Each processes data only to provide its part of the service. Where data leaves the EEA or the UK, the transfer relies on the providers' standard contractual clauses.
In your browser
We keep your sign-in session and a few preferences on your device: notices you dismissed, the board on the try-it page, whether the app is installed, and the downloaded voice. None of it is shared with anyone, and there are no third-party cookies.
How long
Your sketches and settings stay until you delete them or ask us to delete your account. Usage counts go after two days. When your account is deleted, so is what it owns, apart from sketches owned by an organization, which stay with the organization.
Your rights
You can delete your sketches yourself from your dashboard. Write to christianalfoni@gmail.com to get a copy of your data, correct it, or delete your account, and we will answer within 30 days. In the EEA and the UK you also have the right to object and to complain to your data protection authority. We process your data to provide the service you signed up for, and, for the limits and security, in our legitimate interest in keeping ttmi working for everyone.
Changes
When this page changes we update the date above, and for a change that matters we tell you by email before it applies.
